摘　　要：某公司煤气化装置自投产运行以来,出现了煤烧嘴频繁波动、冷却水流量低、气化炉堵渣等影响气化炉长周期运行的问题,针对以上问题,通过原因分析和相应的优化措施,有效减少和避免了系统的非计划停车,使装置达到长周期稳定运行。Since the coal gasification unit of a company was put into operation,there had been such problems as the frequent fluctuation of coal burner,low flow of cooling water and slag blockage of gasifier,which affected the long-term operation of the gasifier.In view of the above problems,cause analysis and corresponding optimization measures were carried out to effectively reduce and avoid the unscheduled shutdown of the system,so that the unit could achieve long-term stable operation.
