摘 要:某项目高架火炬在事故工况下,点火装置存在长明灯点燃后无法稳定燃烧,火焰传输器中的燃料气无法向上传播火焰引燃长明灯等问题,直接影响工厂火炬气的燃烧排放安全。通过分析,产生以上问题的原因是:开车和事故两种工况下燃料气的组成有差异,因事故燃料气中含高浓度CO,其热值和着火下限远低于开车燃料气,因而无法在原有火焰传输器和长明灯中燃烧。从满足着火温度和着火极限的角度出发,对火焰传输器和长明灯的结构进行了改进,实现了两种工况下点火装置的成功点火,保证了工厂火炬系统的运行安全。For the elevated flare of one project,under the emergency condition,the ignition device could not combust stably after the pilot burner was ignited,and the fuel gas in the flame transmitter could not spread the flame upward and ignite the pilot burner,which directly affected the combustion emission safety of the plant flare gas.The analysis showed that the reason was that the composition of fuel gas was different under the startup and emergency conditions.Since the fuel gas under emergency contained high concentration of CO,its calorific value and lower ignition limit were far lower than those of the startup fuel gas,and it could not be burned in the existing flame transmitter and pilot burner.From the perspective of meeting the ignition temperature and inflammability limit,the structures of the flame transmitter and pilot burner were improved to realize the successful ignition of the ignition device under two working conditions,and the operation safety of the flare system was ensured.
