摘 要:高炉喷吹煤粉代替焦炭可提高高炉生产效率、降低冶炼全过程的综合能耗。为合理选择喷吹用煤、提高喷吹煤粉的利用率、降低冶炼能耗,对某企业在用的7种喷吹煤从常规煤质和燃烧特性等方面进行了分析,并从热值贡献、灰分影响、硫分影响、挥发分影响4个维度对喷吹煤的应用效果进行了测算,可用于指导生产,改善喷吹煤的应用性能。Replacing coke with pulverized coal for injection into the blast furnace could enhance the production efficiency of the blast furnace and reduce the comprehensive energy consumption throughout the smelting process.In order to rationally select the coal for injection,increase the utilization rate of the pulverized coal for injection,and lower the smelting energy consumption,an analysis was conducted on the seven types of injection coal used by a company in terms of conventional coal quality and combustion characteristics.Furthermore,the application effects of the injection coal were calculated from four aspects including the contribution of calorific value and the impacts of ash,sulfur and volatile matter contents.These results could be used to guide the production and improve the application performance of the injection coal.
