摘  要:以煤气化筛余物(粒度≤6 mm粉煤)为原料,利用沥青与少量淀粉、酚醛树脂、羧甲基纤维素等复配出廉价的环保黏结剂,通过挤压成型、炭化、活化工艺制备出高碘值活性炭,确定其最优合成条件为:炭化时间1.0 h、炭化温度600℃、活化时间2.0 h、活化温度900℃,得炭率达40%。制备出的活性炭中孔结构发达,耐磨强度为93.2%、碘值为805 mg/g,比表面积为553.38 m2/g,满足GB/T 7701.1—2008《煤质颗粒活性炭》的指标要求。某发酵企业现场吸附实验表明:制备的活性炭产品对VOCs的去除率稳定在90%以上,平均值约92.28%,与市售优质活性炭的吸附性能基本相当。Using coal gasification sieve residue(coal powder with particle size≤6 mm)as raw material,an inexpensive environmentally friendly binder was formulated by compounding asphalt with a small amount of starch,phenolic resin,carboxymethyl cellulose,etc.High iodine value activated carbon was prepared through the extrusion molding,carbonization and activation processes.The optimal synthesis conditions were determined to be carbonization time of 1.0 h,carbonization temperature of 600℃,activation time of 2.0 h and activation temperature of 900℃,with a carbon yield of 40%.The prepared activated carbon had a well-developed mesoporous structure,wear resistance strength of 93.2%,iodine value of 805 mg/g and a specific surface area of 553.38 m2/g,meeting the requirements of GB/T 7701.1—2008 Granular Activated Carbon from Coal.The on-site adsorption experiment of a fermentation enterprise showed that the prepared activated carbon product had a stable VOCs removal rate of over 90%,with an average value of about 92.28%,which was basically equivalent to the adsorption performance of high-quality activated carbon available on the market.
