摘 要:四氢呋喃(THF)是一种重要的有机化工及精细化工原料,用途十分广泛。介绍了THF的生产工艺技术及其特点,主要包括丁二烯法、顺酐加氢法及雷珀法(Reppe法)等石化法和糠醛(FA)经催化加氢或生物转化制备THF的生物法,综述了THF生产工艺技术进展,分析了该领域面临的挑战,并对未来发展方向提出展望。Tetrahydrofuran(THF)is an important organic chemical and fine chemical raw material with a wide range of uses.The THF production technologies and characteristics were introduced,covering petrochemical methods such as the butadiene method,maleic anhydride hydrogenation method and Reppe method,as well as biological methods such as the catalytic hydrogenation of furfural(FA)or bioconversion of furfural to produce THF.The advancements of these process technologies were illustrated,and the challenges faced in this field were analyzed,with an outlook on the future development direction.
