摘  要:为了实现污水处理厂的减污降碳,构建了一种燃煤电厂与污水处理厂炭链耦合的工艺。该工艺包括电厂制焦改造、污水处理厂提标改造、含焦污泥发电三部分,通过选择间接加热型热解反应器制焦,在A2O污水处理工艺基础上增设MBR膜池、颗粒活性焦吸附床等处理污水模块,将含活性焦的污泥返回电厂锅炉发电,可以实现污水处理的提标提质且符合绿色低碳理念。In order to reduce the pollution and carbon emission in wastewater treatment plant,a process of coupling the carbon chain between coal-fired power plant and wastewater treatment plant was constructed.The process included the transformation of coke making in power plant,upgrading and transformation of wastewater treatment plant,and power generation of coke-containing sludge.Through the selection of indirect heating pyrolysis reactor for coking,the addition of MBR membrane tank and granular activated coke adsorption bed on the basis of A2O wastewater treatment process to treat the sewage,and the return of activated coke-containing sludge to the power plant boiler for power generation,the upgrading and quality improvement of wastewater treatment could be realized and it conformed to the green and low-carbon concept.
