摘 要:综合考虑武汉城市自然地理、气象等环境因素,以及工业布局发展、人口分布等社会经济特点,依据声环境监测标准规范,布设356个普查监测有效点位,通过普查监测粗筛出68个监测点位,结合原有的30个功能区声环境监测点位,组成98个初选监测点位。基于98个初选监测点位24 h连续监测的分析结果,遵循完整性、代表性、可比性、稳定性、前瞻性原则,优化调整30个终选点位作为武汉市环境噪声自动监测点位。分析检验优化调整前后数据,选择4个典型自动监测点位,开展自动站和手工监测结果拟合度比对分析,结果表明,拟合优度R2范围在0.92~0.96,模型对数据的拟合程度较好,优化调整后的自动监测点位能客观全面反映城市声环境整体状况和变化趋势,构建的声环境监测网络有效。Taking into account the natural geography,meteorology and other environmental factors of Wuhan City as well as the social and economic characteristics of industrial layout development and population distribution,based on the codes and standards of acoustic environment monitoring,356 effective survey and monitoring points were set up.68 monitoring points were roughly selected through the general survey and monitoring,forming 98 primary monitoring points combined with the existing 30 acoustic environment monitoring points of functional zone.Based on the analysis results of 24-hour continuous monitoring of 98 primary monitoring points,following the principle of completeness,representativeness,comparability,stability and forward-looking,30 points were finally optimized and adjusted as automatic environmental noise monitoring points in Wuhan City.The data before and after the optimization and adjustment was analyzed,4 typical automatic monitoring points were selected,and a comparative analysis of the fitting degree was conducted between automatic station and manual monitoring results.The results showed that the goodness of fit R2 ranged from 0.92 to 0.96,and the model fitted the data well.The optimized and adjusted automatic monitoring points could objectively and comprehensively reflect the overall situation and trend of urban acoustic environment,and the constructed acoustic environment monitoring network was effective.
