摘 要:深入研究刮板输送机槽板的磨损腐蚀性能,对于延长槽板使用寿命具有重要意义。通过建立刮板输送机槽板磨损腐蚀试验系统,研究了不同因素对刮板输送机槽板磨损腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,随着矸石质量分数的增加,槽板磨损腐蚀速率增大,生产现场应将矸石质量分数控制在20%以下,限制矸石与酸性溶液的协同破坏作用;随着矸石直径的增大,槽板磨损腐蚀速率先升高后降低,当矸石直径为35 mm时,槽板磨损腐蚀速率最大;随着磨料速度和酸性溶液流速的增加,槽板磨损腐蚀速率增大;槽板磨损腐蚀速率随着酸性溶液pH值的增加而降低;随着环境温度的升高,槽板磨损腐蚀速率先升高后降低,为降低槽板磨损腐蚀程度,现场运行应尽量降低环境温度。Thoroughly studying the wear and corrosion performance of scraper conveyor groove plates is of great significance for prolonging their service life.A wear and corrosion test system for scraper conveyor groove plates was established,and the influence of different factors on the wear and corrosion performance of scraper conveyor groove plates was studied.The results showed that with the increase of gangue mass fraction,the wear and corrosion rate of the groove plate also increased.The mass fraction of gangue should be controlled below 20%on the production site to limit the synergistic destructive effect between gangue and acidic solution.As the diameter of the gangue increased,the wear and corrosion rate of the groove plate first increased and then decreased.When the diameter of the gangue was 35 mm,the wear and corrosion rate of the groove plate was the highest.As the abrasive speed and acidic solution flow rate increased,the wear and corrosion rate of the groove plate also increased.The wear and corrosion rate of the groove plate decreased with the pH value increase of the acidic solution.As the ambient temperature increased,the wear and corrosion rate of the groove plate first increased and then decreased.To reduce the degree of wear and corrosion of the groove plate,the ambient temperature should be lowered as much as possible during the on-site operation.
