摘 要:为了探索石油化工临氢设备氢腐蚀的规律,降低氢腐蚀的损害程度,采用高温、高压动态腐蚀实验装置,以腐蚀速率和最大点蚀深度为评价指标,在加氢条件下,考察了不同因素对石油化工设备所用不锈钢氢腐蚀的影响,并提出了针对性的氢腐蚀预防措施。实验结果表明:不锈钢SUS329挂片的腐蚀速率和最大点蚀深度随实验温度、压力、腐蚀介质矿化度的升高和浸泡时间的延长、介质流速的增大而不断增大。在相同的实验条件下,不锈钢SUS329的氢腐蚀受损程度明显小于不锈钢SUS321。在石油化工设备的选择过程中,可以通过改变钢材材质以及热处理等方式来降低氢腐蚀对设备的损害程度;在设备的实际运行过程中,也可以通过优化设备使用工况以及设备结构设计等措施来减低氢腐蚀程度。In order to explore the laws of hydrogen corrosion in petrochemical equipment and reduce the degree of damage caused by the hydrogen corrosion,a high-temperature and high-pressure dynamic corrosion experimental device was used.The corrosion rate and maximum pitting depth were used as evaluation indicators to investigate the effects of different factors on hydrogen corrosion of stainless steel used in the petrochemical equipment under the hydrogenation condition,and corresponding hydrogen corrosion preventive measures were proposed.The experimental results showed that the corrosion rate and maximum pitting depth of stainless steel SUS329 hanging pieces continuously increased with the increase of experimental temperature,pressure,corrosive medium chloride ions,immersion time and medium flow rate.Under the same experimental conditions,the hydrogen corrosion damage of stainless steel SUS329 was significantly less than that of stainless steel SUS321.In the selection process of petrochemical equipment,the degree of damage caused by the hydrogen corrosion to the equipment could be reduced by changing the steel material and heat treatment.In the actual operation of the equipment,measures such as optimizing the operating conditions and structural design of the equipment could also be taken to reduce the degree of hydrogen corrosion.
