摘 要:为了降低煤岩储层水力压裂过程中煤粉运移堵塞对裂缝导流能力的伤害程度,采用裂缝导流能力测试仪模拟评价了煤粉质量分数和煤粉粒径对煤岩储层裂缝导流能力的影响,并针对性地优选了合适的煤粉悬浮剂。结果表明:煤粉质量分数越大,煤粉粒径越小,煤粉运移堵塞对煤岩储层裂缝导流能力的伤害程度相对就越大。煤粉悬浮剂XF-101能够很好地降低水溶液的表面张力,改善煤样表面的润湿性能,提高煤粉的悬浮率,从而达到降低煤粉运移对裂缝导流能力的伤害程度的目的。当煤粉悬浮剂XF-101的质量分数为0.3%时,可大幅降低煤粉运移堵塞对裂缝导流能力造成的伤害程度。In order to reduce the damage degree of coal powder migration blockage to facture conductivity during hydraulic fracturing of coal rock reservoir,the fracture conductivity tester was used to simulate and evaluate the impact of coal powder mass fraction and particle size on the fracture conductivity of coal rock reservoir,and the appropriate coal powder suspension agent was selected.The results showed that the higher the mass fraction of coal powder,the smaller the particle size of coal powder,the greater the damage caused by coal powder migration blockage to the fracture conductivity of coal rock reservoir.XF-101,a coal powder suspension agent,could effectively reduce the surface tension of aqueous solution,improve the wetting performance of coal sample surface,and increase the suspension rate of coal powder,thus achieving the goal of reducing the degree of damage to fracture conductivity caused by coal powder migration.When the mass fraction of coal powder suspension agent XF-101 was 0.3%,it could significantly reduce the degree of damage caused by coal powder migration blockage to the fracture conductivity.
