摘  要:覆土罐是一种新型的液化石油气(LPG)钢制储存设备,其设计和建造比传统地面储罐复杂,不仅要考虑罐体自身的强度,还要考虑覆土重力、罐体与土壤的摩擦力、相互作用以及腐蚀、防护等要素,国内尚无通用而系统的设计计算方法。针对目前国际上普遍遵循的EEMUA190标准中设计计算和校核内容多而杂的情况,进行了梳理、归纳和汇总。可为LPG覆土罐的设计、建造提供参考。The mounded bullet is a new type of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)steel storage equipment.Its design and construction are more complex than that of the traditional storage tank on land.This is due to the necessity of considering not only the strength of the tank itself but also the mounded soil gravity,the friction between the tank and the soil,the interaction and corrosion,protection and other factors.There is currently no universal and systematic design calculation method domestically available.According to the complexity of the design calculation and calibration content of the EEMUA190 standard,which is currently generlly followed internationally,a targeted classification and summary has been carried out.It can provide a reference for the design and construction of LPG mounded bullet.
