摘 要:肾移植目前是治疗终末期肾病的主要手段,在同种异体肾移植经验基本成熟的情况下,防治排斥反应仍是难题。随着科学技术及检验方式的革新,组织驻留记忆T细胞(TRM)被人类所认知,其是一种独特的、不存在于循环及淋巴器官中的T淋巴细胞亚群。近年来,人类肾脏中已被证实存在大量TRM,在肾移植术后,移植肾中的TRM出现供受者来源间的替代和转变。肾移植术后,TRM能在局部起强大的抗感染作用;受者来源的T淋巴细胞向移植肾组织浸润并获得TRM表型,同时损伤足细胞及肾小球,介导移植肾慢性排斥反应。然而,针对TRM与移植领域的交叉研究有限。本文对TRM表型、功能、分布、驻留机制及其在肾移植中发挥的作用进行综述,阐述TRM在肾移植中的研究进展,以期为肾移植术后防治感染和排斥提供新见解。Renal transplantation is currently the main treatment for end-stage renal disease.However,with mature experience in allogeneic renal transplantation,preventing and treating rejection reactions remains a challenge.With the innovation of science,technology,and testing methods,tissue resident memory T cells(TRM)have been recognized by humans as a unique subset of T lymphocytes that do not exist in the circulatory and lymphatic organs.In recent years,it has been confirmed that there are a large number of TRM in human kidney.After renal transplantation,TRM in transplanted kidney undergo substitution and transformation between donor and recipient sources.After renal transplantation,TRM can have a strong anti-infective effect locally;T lymphocytes from recipient infiltrate transplanted kidney tissue and acquire TRM phenotype,while damaging podocytes and glomeruli,mediating chronic rejection of renal kidney.However,there is limited research on the intersection between TRM and transplantation fields.This article reviews phenotype,function,distribution,resident mechanism,and role of TRM in renal transplantation,and elaborates on research progress of TRM in renal transplantation,in order to provide new insights for the prevention and treatment of infection and rejection after renal transplantation.
