摘 要:慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种以进行性、不可逆气流受限为特征的常见慢性呼吸系统疾病,其发病率、死亡率居高不下。微RNA(miRNA)作为对基因表达具有调节作用的内源性、单链非编码RNA,参与COPD的病理生理过程。香烟烟雾诱导下miRNA的差异性表达及诱导的炎症反应是COPD发病的重要因素,不同miRNA通过不同机制作用于COPD,通过上调或下调可有效调节COPD的生物学过程。同时,miRNA在肺气肿、COPD急性加重期及肺功能中具有差异性表达,可为COPD精准化治疗提供靶点。本文对miRNA与COPD关系的研究进展进行综述。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common chronic respiratory disease characterized by progressive,and irreversible airflow restriction,with high morbidity and mortality.MicroRNA(miRNA)as endogenous,single-stranded non-coding RNA with regulatory effects on gene expression,participates in the pathophysiological processes of COPD.The differential expression of miRNA,and the induced inflammatory response induced by cigarette smoke are important factors in the pathogenesis of COPD.Different miRNAs act on COPD through different mechanisms,and upregulation or downregulation can effectively regulate the biological processes of COPD.At the same time,miRNA is differentially expressed in emphysema,acute exacerbation of COPD,and lung function,which may provide targets for the precise treatment of COPD.This article reviews research progress on the relationship between miRNA and COPD.
