摘　　要：目的观察基于病房-门诊-社区管理模式的耳穴埋豆对肺癌化疗失眠患者化疗间歇期症状群的干预效果。方法选取2023年4月至2024年3月厦门大学附属第一医院中医科中西医肿瘤结合治疗组就诊的78例肺癌化疗失眠患者为研究对象。依据随机数字法将其分为对照组(39例)与试验组(39例)。对照组给予常规化疗护理,试验组在对照组的基础上给予基于病房-门诊-社区管理模式的耳穴埋豆干预。比较两组干预前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及肿瘤化疗相关症状(疲劳、食欲差、疼痛、恶心、呕吐)严重程度。结果干预后,两组PSQI评分低于干预前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组疲劳、食欲差、疼痛、恶心、呕吐评分高于干预前,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于病房-门诊-社区管理模式的耳穴埋豆对肺癌失眠患者化疗间歇期症状群的改善具有明确效果,对提高肺癌失眠患者化疗间歇症状群管理质量具有促进作用,值得推广运用。Objective To observe the intervention effect of auricular acupuncture point burying beans on symptom clusters of lung cancer insomnia patients during the chemotherapy interval based on ward-outpatient-community management model.Methods Seventy-eight lung cancer chemotherapy insomnia patients in the Combined Chinese and Western Medicine Oncology Treatment Group of Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were selected as the study objects from April 2023 to March 2024.They were divided into control group(39 cases)and experimental group(39 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given conventional chemotherapy care,and experimental group was given intervention of auricular acupuncture point burying beans based on ward-outpatient-community management model on the basis of control group.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and the severity of chemotherapy-related symptoms(fatigue,poor appetite,nausea,pain,and vomiting)were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the PSQI scores of two groups were lower than before intervention,and experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).the scores of fatigue,poor appetite,pain,nausea,and vomiting of two groups were higher than before intervention,while experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The auricular acupuncture point burying beans based on ward-outpatient-community management model has a clear effect on the improvement of symptom cluster of lung cancer insomnia patients during chemotherapy interval,and it plays an important role in improving the management quality of lung cancer insomnia patients during chemotherapy interval,and is worth populari-zing and applying.
