摘  要:【目的】为人工调控山桐子大小年的发生提供参考。【方法】以成都种源的无大小年、不完全大小年、完全大小年3种结实类型的山桐子为试材,分别在果实膨大期、油脂积累期、花芽分化期和果实成熟期,采摘有果嫩枝和无果嫩枝上着生的叶片、芽和果实,分别以蒽酮比色法和考马斯亮蓝染色法测定其可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量。【结果】3种大小年类型有果嫩枝和无果嫩枝叶片可溶性糖含量均随果实发育先降后升,芽可溶性糖含量先升后降,果实可溶性糖含量呈现升高趋势。随果实发育,3种大小年类型有果嫩枝和无果嫩枝的芽、果实可溶性蛋白含量持续升高;有果嫩枝叶片可溶性蛋白含量先降后升,无果嫩枝叶片变化趋势不一致。3种大小年类型有果嫩枝芽和叶片中可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白含量的比值均大于无果嫩枝的芽和叶片;在不同果实发育期,有果嫩枝的芽、果可溶性糖含量与叶可溶性糖含量的比值随果实的发育均先升后降,芽、果可溶性蛋白含量与叶可溶性蛋白含量的比值随着果实发育变化不明显,未达显著水平;果实膨大期,3种大小年类型按照叶片可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的比值由高到低排序依次为NAB(16.64)、IAB(9.93)、CAB(5.95),说明果实膨大期叶片可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白含量的比值越大,则越利于花芽分化期芽内可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的积累。【结论】山桐子大小年的发生是果实发育与花芽分化对可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的竞争所致,果实膨大期叶片可溶性糖含量与可溶性蛋白含量的比值越高,越能保证花芽分化期的营养供应,促进花芽分化,防止小年的发生。【Objective】Provide a reference for artificially regulating the occurrence of alternate bearing years in Idesia polycarpa.【Method】Three types of I.polycarpa were used as test materials for three fruit-bearing types of Chengdu provenance,namely no alternate fruiting,incomplete alternate fruiting,completely alternate fruiting,the leaves,buds and fruits of fruit-bearing shoots and fruitless shoots were picked at the fruit expansion stage,oil accumulation stage,flower bud differentiation stage and fruit ripening stage,and the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein were determined by anthony colorimetric method and coomassie brilliant blue staining method,respectively.【Result】In three different alternate bearing of I.Polycarpa,the soluble sugar content in leaves with and without fruit-bearing twigs initially decreased and then increased during fruit development.Meanwhile,the soluble sugar content in buds initially increased and then decreased,while that in fruits exhibited an upward trend.As the fruit develops,the soluble protein content in buds and fruits,both with and without fruit-bearing twigs,continues to increase across the three types of fruit-bearing years.The soluble protein content in the leaves of fruit-bearing twigs initially decreased and then increased,whereas the trend in the leaves of non-fruit-bearing twigs was inconsistent.The ratio of soluble sugar to soluble protein content in the buds and leaves of fruit-bearing young branches of three types was higher than that in the buds and leaves of non-fruit-bearing young branches.During different stages of fruit development,the ratio of soluble sugar content in buds and fruits to soluble sugar content in leaves of fruit-bearing young branches initially increased and then decreased with fruit development.However,the ratio of soluble protein content in buds and fruits to soluble protein content in leaves did not change significantly with fruit development and had not reached a significant level.During the fruit enlargement period,the three t
