摘　　要：“中等发达国家水平”是发展中国家向发达国家过渡的阶段性目标,也是独具中国特色和政治智慧的术语表达。它不是人们通常认为的全世界所有国家人均GDP的中位数水平或发达国家人均GDP的中等水平。借鉴现代化的类型学划分方法,高收入国家人均GDP平均值的50%可被视为中等发达国家水平的入门标准。如今中国整体已达到初等发达国家水平,欲实现2035年人均GDP达到中等发达国家水平的远景目标,届时人均GDP至少需要达到2.2万美元。综合考虑人口增长和汇率波动因素,未来十余年中国GDP年均增速应保持在4%~5%的区间。为此,需要在党的领导下进一步全面深化改革,加快培育和发展新质生产力,挖掘中国经济发展潜力,推动经济实现质的有效提升和量的合理增长。'Middle developed country level'is the stage goal of the transition from developing countries to developed countries,and it is also a term expression with unique Chinese characteristics and political wisdom.It is not the median level of per capita GDP of all countries in the world or the medium level of per capita GDP of developed countries.Drawing on modern typological classification methods,50%of the average per capita GDP of high-income countries can be regarded as an entry standard for the level of moderately developed countries.At present,China as a whole has reached the level of primary developed countries.To achieve the long-term goal of per capita GDP reaching the level of moderately developed countries by 2035,per capita GDP needs to reach at least$22,000.Considering the factors of population growth and exchange rate fluctuation,the average annual growth rate of China's GDP in the next ten years should be kept in the range of 4%to 5%.To this end,it is necessary to further deepen the reform under the leadership of the party,accelerate the cultivation and development of new quality productivity,tap the potential of China's economic development,and promote the effective improvement of the quality of the economy and the reasonable growth of the quantity.
