摘　　要：贸易方式变革与产业革命密不可分。每一轮产业革命,贸易方式变革都是其中的重要方面和关键支撑。武汉自唐宋以来一直是中国内陆的商业贸易重镇,特别是到了晚清,武汉逐步提升为全国重要的商贸中心。然而,自改革开放以来,随着全球新一轮产业变革的演进和中国改革开放的推进,武汉区位优势不再突出、交通物流枢纽地位大幅下降,同时未能把握信息时代新贸易方式变革风口机遇,武汉的贸易中心地位逐步下滑。因此,应从历史中吸取经验教训复兴武汉贸易,一是要强化技术创新与贸易的融合以激发新动力,支持跨界、跨地域交流合作,大力培育创新文化,推动商业业态模式创新,打造“人工智能+商业贸易”创新策源地;二是加强信息枢纽的搭建以构建新枢纽,可重点建设全球集散分拨中心、大宗商品交易中心服务商贸发展;三是推动贸易数字化发展以拓展新疆域,培育数字贸易产业集群,大力推进跨境电商综合试验区建设;四是加强贸易政策与财税、金融、产业政策的协同配合,形成政策合力,争取在数字化产业变革下一阶段的贸易革命、商业革命中争取发展先机。The transformation of trade modes is closely related to the industrial revolution.Every round of industrial revolution,trade mode transformation is an important aspect and key support.Wuhan has been a major commercial and trade hub in inland China since the Tang and Song dynasties,especially in the late Qing dynasty when it gradually rose to become an important national commercial center.However,since the reform and opening up,with the evolution of a new round of global industrial transformation and the promotion of China's reform and opening up,Wuhan's location advantage has become a disadvantage,and its position as a transportation and logistics hub is no longer prominent.At the same time,it has failed to seize the opportunities of the new trade mode transformation in the information age,and Wuhan's position as a trade center has gradually declined.Therefore,we should draw lessons from history to revive Wuhan's trade.Firstly,we need to strengthen the integration of technological innovation and trade to stimulate new momentum,support cross-border and cross regional exchanges and cooperation,vigorously cultivate innovative culture,promote business model innovation,and create an innovative source of"artificial intelligence+commercial trade";The second is to strengthen the construction of information hubs to build new hubs,with a focus on building global distribution centers and commodity trading centers to serve the development of commerce and trade;Thirdly,we will promote the digital development of trade to expand the Xinjiang region,cultivate digital trade industry clusters,and vigorously promote the construction of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones;The fourth is to strengthen the coordination and cooperation between trade policies and fiscal,financial,and industrial policies,form a policy synergy,and strive to gain development opportunities in the next stage of the digital industry transformation's trade revolution and business revolution.
