摘　　要：兰州百合是中国名特优新农产品之一,为促进兰州百合产业中优质脱毒种苗的高质量标准化生产,根据国家及行业标准,结合多年试验和生产经验,从适用范围、苗体选择、炼苗方法与培养条件、后期管理等方面总结制定了兰州百合组培脱毒苗炼苗技术规程。本规程的制定可提高兰州百合组培脱毒苗移栽的成活率,以期为规模化生产提供有力的技术支持。Lanzhou lily is one of the national famous,special and new agricultural products.Based on national and industry standards and combined with years of testing and production experience,the technical regulation for the hardening of Lanzhou lily tissue culture virus-free seedlings were summarized and formulated from the aspects of application scope,selection of tissue culture virus-free seedlings,hardening methods and culture conditions,and post-management.The formulation of this regulation could improve the survival rate of transplanted Lanzhou lily tissue culture virus-free seedlings,which would provide strong technical support for the large-scale production of high-quality virus-free seedlings in the Lanzhou lily industry.
