摘 要:从双级、四级低速大尺寸轴流压气机特性及流场测量需求出发,文章探讨了不同总压探针的结构形式及安装方式,分析了各种形式探针对前方来流入射角度的要求及对测量结果的影响,提出了用集流梳式总压探针测量压气机进出口及级间气流总压的必要性。其中,加工、制作了6点集流式梳妆总压探针,通过流场标定证实了该型探针用于压气机内部流场总压测量的优越性。Starting from the characteristics and flow field measurement requirements of two-stage and four stage low-speed large-size axial compressors,this article explores the structural forms and installation methods of different total pressure probes,analyzes the requirements of various probe forms for the incident angle of the incoming flow and their influence on the measurement results,and proposes the necessity of using a flow comb total pressure probe to measure the total pressure of the compressor inlet and outlet and inter stage airflow.Among them,a 6-point flow collection type dressing total pressure probe was processed and manufactured,and the superiority of this type of probe for measuring the total pressure of the internal flow field of the compressor was confirmed through flow field calibration.
