摘 要:煤层气井由于物性较差,通常需要压裂改造。压裂改造后生产过程中由于支撑剂嵌入的影响,导致裂缝导流能力下降,产量迅速降低,因此压裂设计需要考虑支撑剂嵌入的影响。考虑支撑剂嵌入建立煤岩裂缝导流能力模型,模拟结果与室内裂缝导流能力实验具有较好的一致性。采用支撑剂指数法,形成基于支撑剂嵌入的煤层气井压裂优化设计方法,对沁水盆地南部区块煤层气井开展优化设计。结果表明:支撑剂嵌入降低了裂缝宽度和裂缝导流能力,煤层气井压裂优化时考虑支撑剂嵌入与未考虑对比,压裂裂缝最优缝长减小,最优缝宽增大,平均产量相对较高,且产量递减速率较慢,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性,对煤层气井压裂优化设计具有重要指导意义。Due to the poor physical properties of coalbed methane,fracturing stimulation needs to be implemented.In the production process of coalbed methane afer fracturing stimulation,the conductivity of fracture decreases and the production rapidly reduces due to the influence of proppant embedding.Therefore,the influence of proppant embedding needs to be considered in fracturing design.The fracture conductivity model of coal rocks considering proppant embedding is established,whose simulation result is in good agreement with the indoor fracture conductivity experiment.The proppant index method is adopted to form the fracturing optimization design method of coalbed methane wells based on proppant embedding,and the optimization design of coalbed methane wells in the southern block of Qinshui Basin is carried out.The results show that proppant embedding reduces the fracture width and fracture conductivity.Compared with the fracturing optimization of coalbed methane wells without proppant embedding,when proppant embedding is considered,the optimal fracturing fracture length decreases and the optimal fracturing fracture width increases.The average production is relatively high and the production decline is slow,which verifies the effectiveness and practicability of this method,and has important guiding significance for the fracturing optimization design of coalbed methane wells.
