苦参碱对黄曲条跳甲室内毒力测定及田间药效试验

摘  要:为明确苦参碱对黄曲条跳甲的防治效果、最佳使用剂量、使用条件和对供试作物的安全性,进行室内毒力和田间药效试验,为农药登记和推广应用提供科学依据。室内毒力试验结果表明,5%苦参碱母药对甘蓝黄曲条跳甲具有良好的触杀作用,其24 h的LC_(50)及LC_(90)分别为10.26 mg/L和97.12 mg/L,均低于对照药剂5%鱼藤酮可溶液剂。田间药效试验结果表明,0.3%苦参碱水剂对甘蓝黄曲条跳甲有良好的防治效果,在甘蓝黄曲条跳甲发生初期用0.3%苦参碱水剂(有效成分5.060~6.750 g/hm^(2))对水喷雾1次,即可达到良好的防治效果。试验过程中,未见供试药剂对甘蓝产生药害,0.3%苦参碱水剂可用于甘蓝黄曲条跳甲的防治。In order to clarify the control effect,optimal dosage,usage conditions and safety of matrine on Phyllotreta striolata(Fabricius),laboratory toxicity determination and field efficacy experiments were carried out to provide scientific basis for pesticide registration and promotion application.The results of laboratory toxicity determination experiment showed that the 5%matrine parent drug had a good contact killing effect on P.striolata(Fabricius)of the cabbage,and its 24 h LC_(50) and LC_(90) were 10.26 mg/L and 97.12 mg/L,respectively,which both lower than that of the control agent 5%rotenone soluble solution.The results of field efficacy experiment showed that 0.3%matrine aqueous solution had a good control effect on P.striolata(Fabricius)of the cabbage.It could achieve good control effect by spraying O.3%matrine aqueous solution(active ingredient 5.060~6.750 g/hm)once in the early stage of P.striolata(Fabricius)on the cabbage.There was no phytotoxicity to cabbage during the experiment,and 0.3%matrine aqueous solution could be used for prevention and control of P.striolata(Fabricius)on the cabbage.
