摘　　要：随着深井深层油气田的勘探开发,超高温高压腐蚀性的特殊油气田日益增多,对完井封隔器提出了更高要求,国内现有封隔器不能完全满足工况需求。开发了一种耐高温、高压、腐蚀的新型特种氟橡胶材料和多材料复合密封单元结构,研制了温压指标232℃/103.4 MPa超高温高压油气井完井封隔器。研制中进行了仿真分析和室内测试,并在现场作业中进行了应用。结果表明,在232℃/103.4 MPa测试条件下,密封单元密封完好,封隔器整机满足API-11D1 V0等级的测试要求。在超高温高压环境累计14井次应用过程中,完井封隔器密封良好,无泄漏或失效情况发生,满足油田生产需求,具有现场应用推广价值。The exploration and development of deep oil and gas fields has led to an increase in the num-ber of special oil and gas fields characterized by ultra-high temperatures and high-pressure corrosive-ness.This has resulted in the necessity for completion packers that are capable of meeting the elevated req uirements associated with these extreme conditions.Nevertheless,the current range of packers available in China is unable to satisfy the requirements of ultra-high temperature and high-pressure oil and gas production conditions.Accordingly,this article has developed a new type of special fluororubber materi-al and a multi-material composite sealing unit structure that exhibits resistance to high temperature,high pressure,and corrosion.A super high-temperature and high-pressure gas well completion packer with a temperature and pressure level of 232 C/103.4 MPa has been developed,and a series of simula-tions and indoor tests have been conducted to evaluate its performance.Furthermore,the Parker has been implemented in on-site operations.The results demonstrate that the sealing unit is effectively sealed at 232 C/103.4 MPa,and the complete packer fulfils the criteria set out in API-11D1 VO level testing.Following the cumulative application of the completion packer in 14 wells,it was observed that the sealing was consistently effective,with no leakage or failure.This finding indicates that the completion packer is capable of meeting the production demands of the oilfield and has the potential for on-site promotion and application.
