出院准备计划在双胎剖宫产术后的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨出院准备计划在双胎剖宫产术后的应用效果。方法选取200例双胎剖宫产产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组100例。对照组采用双胎剖宫产常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上遵循出院准备计划进行护理。比较两组产妇的护理满意度、剖宫产术后恢复评分及出院准备度。结果观察组护理满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产术后恢复评分、出院准备度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论出院准备计划能够加快双胎剖宫产产妇术后恢复,缩短住院天数,减少住院费用,提高住院满意度,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the application effect of discharge preparation plan after cesarean section for twins.Methods 200 cases of twin-born cesarean section were selected and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing of cesarean section for twins,and the observation group followed the discharge preparation plan on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,recovery score after cesarean section and discharge readiness were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 78.00% of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of recovery after cesarean section and readiness for discharge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The discharge preparation plan can accelerate the recovery after cesarean section for twins,shorten hospital days,reduce hospitalization costs and improve hospitalization satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
