海扶刀联合宫腔镜治疗瘢痕型妊娠的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析海扶刀联合宫腔镜治疗瘢痕型妊娠的临床效果。方法选取251例瘢痕型妊娠患者,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组(140例)与研究组(111例)。对照组采用宫腔镜下清宫术治疗,研究组采用海扶刀联合宫腔镜下清宫术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,研究组术中的出血量较少,手术时间及住院时间均较短,人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)恢复正常的时间更短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(99.10%VS 92.14%)(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瘢痕型妊娠患者采用海扶刀联合宫腔镜治疗具有较高的应用价值,可有效促进康复,且具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of HIFU combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of caesarean scar pregnancy patients.Methods 251 patients with caesarean scar pregnancy were selected and divided into the control group(140 cases)and the study group(111 cases)according to their different treatment methods.The control group was treated with curettage in hysteroscopic,while the study group was treated with HIFU combined with curettage in hysteroscopic.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Compared with the control group,in the study group,the intraoperative blood loss was less,the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter,and the time for human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)to return to normal was faster(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(99.10%VS 92.14%)(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of HIFI knife combined with hysteroscopy for the treatment of caesarean scar pregnancy patients has high application value and can effectively promote their rapid recovery with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
