足三里穴位注射新斯的明对剖宫产术后产妇胃肠功能恢复的促进效果评价

摘　　要：目的探究足三里穴位注射新斯的明对剖宫产术后产妇胃肠功能恢复的应用效果。方法选取100例行子宫下段剖宫产术终止妊娠,出现胃肠功能障碍的产妇,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和新斯的明组,各50例。常规组采用基础术后治疗,新斯的明组采用基础术后治疗+足三里穴位注射新斯的明治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果干预后3 d,两组腹胀、便秘症状积分均显著下降,新斯的明组积分下降幅度大于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与常规组相比,新斯的明组的首次肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间及首次进食固体食物时间均更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。新斯的明组干预后不良反应发生率显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足三里穴位注射新斯的明能更快恢复剖宫产术后产妇的胃肠道功能,促进排气通便,缓解腹胀、便秘等消化道症状。Objective To explore the effect of neostigmine injection at Zusanli acupoint in promoting puerpera gastrointestinal function recovery after cesarean section.Methods 100 cases of puerpera who underwent cesarean section of lower uterine segment to terminate pregnancy with gastrointestinal dysfunction were selected and were randomly divided into a conventional group and a neostigmine group,with 50 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The conventional group received basic postoperative treatment,while the neostigmine group received basic postoperative treatment+injection of neostigmine at the Zusanli acupoint.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After 3 days of intervention,the scores of abdominal distension and constipation symptoms in both groups significantly decreased,and the decrease in scores in the neostigmine group was greater than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the neostigmine group had shorter first anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,first bowel movement time,and first solid food intake time(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after intervention in the neostigmine group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Injecting neostigmine at the Zusanli acupoint can more quickly restore the gastrointestinal function of puerpera after cesarean section,promote ventilation and defecation,and alleviate gastrointestinal symptoms such as bloating and constipation.
