克罗米芬联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者采用克罗米芬联合二甲双胍治疗的临床效果。方法选取56例PCOS患者,按照摸球法分为两组,每组28例。对照组使用克罗米芬治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合二甲双胍治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗1个月后,研究组促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)水平均较低,雌二醇(E2)水平较高,胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组排卵率、受孕率均高于对照组,流产率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组多胎率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论克罗米芬联合二甲双胍治疗PCOS的效果显著,能有效改善患者性激素水平,降低胰岛素抵抗指数,提高排卵率与受孕率,降低患者流产率。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Clomiphene combined with Metformin in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 56 patients with PCOS were selected and divided into two groups using the touch ball method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with Clomiphene,while the study group received treatment with Metformin in addition to the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After one month of treatment,the study group had lower levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and testosterone(T),higher level of estradiol(E2),and lower level of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and conception rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,while the abortion rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of multiple pregnancy rates between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Clomiphene and Metformin in the treatment of PCOS has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the patient's sex hormone levels,reduce insulin resistance index,increase ovulation rate and conception rate,and reduce the miscarriage rate.
