子宫内膜异位症术后使用GnRH-a联合地诺孕素序贯治疗的近期疗效评估

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜异位症(EMT)术后使用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)联合地诺孕素序贯治疗的近期疗效。方法选取2020年1月至2023年6月在苏州市第九人民医院妇科确诊并接受腹腔镜手术治疗的50例EMT患者,根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组25例。对照组术后采用GnRH-a治疗,试验组术后采用GnRH-a联合地诺孕素序贯治疗。比较两组治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果术后用药6个月,两组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均较术前降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗的总有效率高于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组,术后1年内复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论EMT术后使用GnRH-a联合地诺孕素序贯治疗模式的效果较好,可降低患者术后1年内复发率,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of sequential therapy with gonado-tropin releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a)combined with dienogest in patients with endometriosis(EMT).Methods Selecting 50 patients with EMT who were diagnosed and treated with laparoscopic surgery in the gynecology department of Suzhou Ninth People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2023.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with GnRH-a and the experimental group was treated with GnRH-a combined with dienogest.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results At 6 months after treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of both groups were lower than those before surgery,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the rate of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group,and the recurrence rate within 1 year after surgery was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of GnRH-a combined with dienogest sequential therapyafter EMT operation is better,which can reduce the recurrence rate of patients within 1 year after operation,It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
