饮食干预联合运动指导对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平、生活质量及妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的浅析给予妊娠期糖尿病患者饮食干预联合运动指导对其血糖控制、生活质量及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取60例于本院建档分娩的妊娠期糖尿病患者,根据建档时间先后分组,先建档的30例为对照组,采取常规干预;后建档的30例为观察组,在对照组基础上加强饮食干预联合运动指导。对比两组血糖控制、生活质量及分娩结局。结果干预后,观察组的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各维度生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠不良结局发生率(6.67%)明显低于对照组的(30.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食干预联合运动指导应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者中,可降低血糖水平,提高生活质量,保证良好妊娠结局。Objective To analysis on the significance of dietary intervention combined with exercise guidance on blood sugar control,quality of life improvement and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 60 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who had been documented and delivered in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the time of filing.Established 30 cases as the control group and received routine intervention;30 cases were later recorded as the observation group,and dietary intervention combined with exercise guidance was strengthened on the basis of the control group.Blood glucose control,quality of life and delivery outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial plasma glucose(2 h PBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(30.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Dietary intervention combined with exercise guidance in gestational diabetes can reduce the blood sugar level of patients,improve the quality of life and ensure a good pregnancy outcome.
