家庭化产房联合无痛分娩对产妇产后抑郁的作用及影响效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析家庭化产房联合无痛分娩对产妇产后抑郁的影响。方法选取146例拟行阴道分娩的产妇,其中家庭化产房66例(纳入观察组),普通产房80例(纳入对照组)。普通产房采取常规护理+常规分娩护理,家庭化产房采取一体化护理+无痛分娩护理。对比两组护理效果及产妇产后抑郁发生率。结果观察组产妇产后抑郁评分低于对照组,轻度抑郁、严重抑郁比例均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组第一、二、三产程耗时均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组分娩疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组使用催产素比例、产后出血量、新生儿出生1 min的Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论家庭化产房联合无痛分娩干预应用于产妇,能够缩短产程,降低分娩疼痛程度,预防及控制产后抑郁。Objective To analyze the effects of family delivery room combined with painless delivery on postpartum depression.Methods 146 pregnant women who plan to undergo vaginal delivery,including 66 in the family delivery room(included in the observation group)and 80 in the regular delivery room(included in the control group).The regular delivery rooms adopt routine care+routine delivery care,while family delivery rooms adopt integrated care+painless delivery care.Compare the care effects and incidence of postpartum depression between two groups.Results The postpartum depression score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with mild depression and severe depression the proportion of major depression was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of the first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The labor pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups used oxytocin ratio,postpartum blood loss,newborn there was no significant difference in Apgar score 1 min after birth(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of family delivery rooms combined with painless delivery intervention for postpartum women can shorten the delivery process,reduce the degree of delivery pain,and prevent and control postpartum depression.
