腹腔镜手术与开腹手术在卵巢囊肿治疗中的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨在卵巢囊肿治疗中分别应用腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗的疗效差异。方法选择2020年1月至2022年12月于本院接受手术治疗的卵巢囊肿患者50例,按随机数字表方式分组,对照组(n=25)接受开腹手术治疗,研究组(n=25)接受腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组手术、术后恢复指标、术后并发症率及疾病复发率。结果研究组手术时间、首次肛门排气时间、住院时间,均短于对照组;术中出血量少于对照组;术后3d疼痛的数字评分法(Numeric rating scale,NRS)的结果低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症率、疾病复发率分别显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿,较开腹手术治疗的手术时间更短、出血量更少,术后患者的疼痛更轻、并发症与复发情况更少,更利于患者术后恢复,值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy difference between laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of ovarian cyst.Methods 50 patients with ovarian cysts who received surgical treatment in our hospital from December 2020 to 2022 were selected,the control group(n=25)received open surgery,and the study group(n=25)received laparoscopic surgery,comparing the two groups of surgery and postoperative recovery indicators,and comparing the postoperative complication rate and disease recurrence rate between the two groups.Results Operation time,first anal discharge time and hospital stay were shorter than the control group;the intraoperative blood loss was greatly reduced relative to the control group;the result of Numeric rating scale(NRS)score for pain at 3 days post-operation were lower than that in control group(P<0.05);the study group had significantly lower rates of postoperative complications and disease recurrence compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of ovarian cyst compared to open surgery has shorter operation time,less blood loss,lighter postoperative pain,less complications and recurrence,which is more conducive to the postoperative recovery and prognosis of patients,worth popularizing.
