基于IOWA循证理念的快速康复护理对剖宫产患者术后VTE的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析基于IOWA循证理念的快速康复护理对剖宫产患者术后静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)的影响。方法选取200例剖宫产者,依据随机数字表法分为两组,各100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于IOWA循证理念的快速康复护理。比较两组VTE发生率、下肢肿胀发生率及术后康复情况。结果两组均未发生VTE。观察组下肢肿胀程度明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组排气时间、排便时间、首次离床时间及住院时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于IOWA循证理念的快速康复护理全面应用于剖宫产患者护理中,可改善其各项术后康复指标,临床上可借鉴及推广。Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing based on IOWA evidence-based concept on postoperative venous thromboembolism(VTE)in patients with cesarean section.Methods 200 patients with cesarean section were selected and divided into two groups with 100 cases each according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with rapid rehabilitation nursing based on IOWA evidencebased concept.The incidence of VTE,lower limb swelling and postoperative rehabilitation were compared between the two groups.Results No VTE occurred in both groups.The degree of lower limb swelling in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The exhaust time,defecation time,first time out of bed and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive application of rapid rehabilitation nursing based on IOWA evidence-based concept in maternity care of cesarean section can improve various postoperative rehabilitation indicators,and can be used for reference and promotion in clinical practice.
