延续性护理联合健康教育模式在妊娠期女性艾滋病患者中的应用研究

摘  要:目的探讨延续性护理联合健康教育模式在妊娠期女性艾滋病患者中的应用价值。方法选取120例妊娠期艾滋病患者,随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(延续性护理+健康教育模式),每组60例。比较两组免疫功能及病毒学指标、服药依从性、生活质量评分、药物不良反应。结果观察组护理后的CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞、服药依从性评分、生活质量评分高于对照组,HIV病毒载量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理期间,观察组药物不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理联合健康教育模式可促进妊娠期艾滋病抗病毒患者的免疫功能,提高抗病毒疗效,增加治疗依从性,改善生活质量,降低药物不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application value of continuous nursing combined health education model in pregnant female AIDS patients.Methods 120 pregnant women with AIDS were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(continuous nursing+health education mode),with 60 cases in each group.To compare the immune function and virological indicators,medication adherence,quality of life score and adverse drug reactions between two groups.Results The CD4^(+)T lymphocytes,medication adherence score,and quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after nursing care,and the HIV viral load was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the nursing period,the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing combined health education model can promote the immune function of pregnant women with HIV,improve the antiviral efficacy,increase treatment compliance,improve the quality of life,reduce adverse drug reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
