手术室体位护理对妇产科长时间手术患者压疮形成的预防作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妇产科长时间手术患者过程中开展手术室体位护理的价值。方法选取80例妇产科手术患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例,采用常规护理;观察组40例,采用手术室体位护理,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组不同时间段压疮发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1 d、2 d、3 d疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与护理前比较,护理后情绪状态和舒适度均有明显改善,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组舒适度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科长时间手术过程中开展手术室体位护理可降低压疮发生率,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the value of operating room posture nursing for long-term surgery patients in the operating room.Methods 80 cases of obstetrics and gynecology surgery patients were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,40 cases in the control group received routine nursing,40 cases in the observation group received operating room posture nursing,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of pressure ulcers in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at different time periods(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on postoperative days 1,2,and 3(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the emotional state and comfort level improved significantly after nursing and the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room posture nursing during long-term surgery can reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers and is worth clinical application.
