拉玛泽减痛分娩法结合预见性护理干预对分娩结局的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨拉玛泽减痛分娩法结合预见性护理干预对分娩结局的影响。方法选取76例待产产妇,根据检查时间先后顺序分为对照组(行常规护理干预)与观察组(行拉玛泽减痛分娩法结合预见性护理干预),每组38例,对比两组干预效果。结果观察组心理状态评分低于对照组,自然分娩率及满意度高于对照组,产程时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拉玛泽减痛分娩法结合预见性护理干预有助于提高产妇自然分娩率。Objective To explore the effect of Lamaze pain relieving delivery method combined with predictive nursing intervention on the outcome of labor.Methods 76 cases of expectant mothers were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing intervention)and observation group(Lamaze pain relieving delivery method combined with predictive nursing intervention)according to the order of examination time,with 38 cases in each group,and the intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The psychological score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the natural delivery rate and satisfaction rate were higher than that of the control group,and the labor time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lamaze pain relieving delivery method combined with predictive nursing intervention can improve the rate of natural childbirth.
