Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing under the guidance of behavior change theory in patients with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy. Methods 65 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by simple randomization method. The control group(32 cases)received routine nursing, and the observation group(33 cases)received holistic nursing based on the behavior change theory on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and self-rating anxiety scale score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the nursing satisfaction score,self-efficacy score and diseaserelated knowledge mastery score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes was 6.06%in the observation group, which was lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing under the guidance of behavior change theory has a significant effect on patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, which can stabilize their blood pressure during pregnancy, prevent and reduce the occurrence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
