摘  要:设计并实现了一种针对面瘫患者的面部表面肌电(sEMG)信号采集与分析系统,用于评估面瘫程度并辅助临床诊断。系统主要包括3部分:自主设计的肌电采集电极、肌电采集设备以及基于服务器的分析程序。自研电极使用亲肤透气的PU膜材料,增强粘附性和抗过敏性,同时覆盖额肌、颧肌、眼轮匝肌和口轮匝肌等面部主要肌群,实现对健侧和患侧对应肌肉的精细化监测。肌电采集设备通过差分放大和模/数转换结合无线蓝牙传输实时采集并传输sEMG信号至服务器。分析程序从动作特性、相关度特性和肌群特性3个维度进行信号处理与对比,为医生提供患者面瘫部位与程度的量化数据支持。实验结果表明,本系统能够有效区分患者患侧与健侧肌肉的活动特性,系统性能稳定,操作便捷,具有良好的应用前景。This paper presents the design and implementation of a surface electromyography(sEMG)signal acquisition and analysis system for assessing the severity of facial palsy and supporting clinical diagnosis.The system consists of three main components:custom-designed sEMG electrodes,an sEMG acquisition device,and a server-based analysis program.The custom electrodes,made of skin-friendly,breathable,and waterproof PU film,improve adhesion and reduce the risk of allergic reactions.These electrodes cover major facial muscle groups,including the frontalis,zygomaticus,orbicularis oculi,and orbicularis oris,enabling precise monitoring of corresponding muscles on both the affected and unaffected sides.The acquisition device employs differential amplification,analog-to-digital conversion,and wireless Bluetooth transmission to collect and transmit sEMG signals to the server in real time.The analysis program processes the signals from three perspectives:motion characteristics,correlation characteristics,and muscle group characteristics,providing quantitative data to assist physicians in determining the location and severity of facial palsy.Experimental results demonstrate that the system effectively differentiates the activity characteristics of affected and unaffected muscles,offering stable performance,ease of operation,and promising application prospects.
