摘 要:山区架空输电线路的路径调整、铁塔位置及基础型式的变更,是影响施工进度和效率的重要因素。采用传统工作模式的架空输电线路工程EPC项目,往往面临精准度不足、施工周期过长及成本高昂等问题。本文聚焦于架空输电线路工程EPC项目的基础设计施工阶段,基于计算语言与数字化技术,研究开发输电线路工程EPC项目的塔基可视化查询平台。该平台具有塔位查找、铁塔基础三维可视化、设计施工实时反馈、信息管理等系统功能,能够实现数据的联动、分析、处理一体化以及双向动态管理的目标。研究成果应用于某架空输电线路工程EPC项目,每基塔因基础施工出错导致的成本增加均值从0.2万元降低至0.1万元,成功实现了降本增效的目标。该研究促进了架空输电线路电力设计与施工的创新发展,在构建智能化、高效化的新型电力系统方面具有重大工程实践意义和参考价值。Mountain overhead transmission line path changes,tower location and foundation type adjustment is an important factor affecting the construction progress and efficiency.The EPC project of overhead transmission line project with traditional working mode has the problems of low accuracy,long construction period and high cost.This paper takes the foundation construction of overhead transmission line project EPC project as the research object,and researches and develops the tower base visualization query platform of transmission line project EPC project based on the computing language and digital technology,which has the functions of tower position finding,three-dimensional visualization of tower foundation,real-time feedback of design and construction,and information management system,and realizes the goals of data linkage,analysis,processing integration and two-way dynamic management.The results are applied in an overhead transmission line project EPC project,and the average value of increased cost per tower due to foundation construction error is reduced 2 thousand yuan to 1 thousand yuan,achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency.The research results can fulfil the innovative development of power design and construction of overhead transmission lines,which is great engineering practical significance and reference value for the construction of intelligent and efficient new power system.
