摘　　要：为进一步促进博物馆陶瓷藏品管理质量,文章围绕博物馆陶瓷藏品管理现状与完善措施的策略进行讨论与分析。在论述对博物馆陶瓷藏品管理及保护重要意义的基础上,针对当前博物馆陶瓷藏品管理现状中存在的问题,提出了加强博物馆陶瓷藏品管理的措施及建议,通过进一步完善陶瓷藏品管理制度,加强基础设施建设,促进管理人员业务能力、管理水平全面提升的同时,积极运用信息技术,促进博物馆陶瓷藏品管理质量提升。In order to further promote the quality of the management of the museum's ceramic collections,this paper analyzes the current situation of the museum's ceramic collection management and the strategies for improving the measures.On the basis of discussing the importance of the management and protection of the museum's ceramic collections,in view of the problems existing in the current situation of the management of the museum's ceramic collections,propose the measures and suggestions to strengthen the management of the museum's ceramic collections,and further improve the management system of the museum's ceramic collections,strengthen the infrastructure construction,the improvement of the quality of the management of the museum's ceramic collections will be Promoting.
