摘 要:为解决现有溶气释放器在兰炭废水治理中存在的油污去除率低、性能不稳定等问题,设计了一种新型溶气释放器.通过改进释放器内部气液循环导向,来增强气浮交换动能,提升其油污处理能力.通过试验对比新型溶气释放器和TJ型释放器的油污去除效果,结果表明,新型溶气释放器对兰炭废水的油污去除率可稳定达到98%以上.A new type of dissolved air release is designed to solve the low rate of oil removal and unstable performance of existing devices in the treatment of coal pyrolysis wastewater.By improving the internal gas-liquid circulation,the kinetic energy of air flotation exchange can be enhanced,and its capacity can be improved.By comparing the oil removal of the new dissolved air release device with TJ type release devices,we have found that the new dissolved air release device has a higher oil removal rate of over 98%.
