摘　　要：利用斯维尔软件对超低能耗被动式建筑进行了流程设计,关键流程点为模型检查、节能设置和节能率检查.通过对比对建筑和设计建筑的能耗分析,结果表明,设计建筑综合节能率达到90%以上,实现了超低能耗被动式建筑的节能要求.Thsware software is used to design the ultra-low energy consumption passive buildings,with key processes of model inspection,energy-saving settings and energy-saving check.By comparing the energy consumption analysis of original buildings with improved buildings,I have found that the comprehensive energy-saving rate of improved buildings has reached more than 90%,achieving ultra-low energy consumption passive buildings.
