摘　　要：我国建设行业已随“一带一路”的推进走向了全世界,但中国工程建设标准走向世界仍任重道远,技术显然是非关键因素,而亟需加强的是中国文化软实力的影响。工程管理专业肩负着为建设行业培养人才的责任,将中国优秀建设文化和思政元素融入专业人才培养计划,使学生形成中国文化软实力实践的自觉意识,意义重大且影响深远。本文首先对40所院校的工程管理国家级一流专业建设点的培养方案进行质性研究,总结了培养方案的总体特点;其次从国家外交理念、十大建筑公司企业文化、七个典型国际工程成功经验中分别提炼了宏观、中观、微观层面蕴含的中国精神,并以此界定了中国建设领域优秀文化的内涵;最后提出了基于成果导向的教育理念(Outcome-based Education, OBE)和注重职业道德与诚信、与构思-设计-实现-运作进行有机结合、以培养高级工程专业人才为目标的高等工程教育新模式理念(Ethics、Integrity、Profession-alism-Conceive、Design、Implement、Operate, EIP-CDIO),旨在完善以中国文化软实力为导向的工程管理专业人才培养体系、路径及保障措施。China's construction industry has gone global with the promotion of the the Belt and Road,but China's engineering construction standards still have a long way to go.Technology is obviously a non key factor,but what needs to be strengthened urgently is the impact of China's cultural soft power.The engineering management major shoulders the responsibility of cultivating talents for the construction industry,integrating excellent Chinese construction culture and ideological and political elements into the professional talent training plan,and enabling students to form a conscious awareness of Chinese cultural soft power practice,which is of great significance and far-reaching impact.Firstly,a qualitative study is conducted on the training plans for national first-class professional construction sites in engineering management at 40 universities,summarizing the overall characteristics of the training plans.Secondly,the connotations of China's excellent construction culture at the macro,meso,and micro levels are extracted from the national diplomatic philosophy,construction company corporate culture,and international engineering experience.Finally,the talent training system,path,and guarantee measures for engineering management professionals based on the Outcome-based Education(OBE)and EthicsIntegrity Profession-alism-Conceive Design Implement Operate(EIP-CDIO)conceptand guided by enhancingChina's cultural soft power are proposed.
