观察注射用七叶皂苷钠对胫骨平台骨折术后患者预后效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察注射用七叶皂苷钠对胫骨平台骨折术后患者预后效果的影响。方法:将2022年1月—2023年12月在宜兴市第六人民医院接受手术的60例胫骨平台骨折患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组给予常规用药治疗,试验组给予常规用药+注射用七叶皂苷钠治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:试验组患者治疗后炎症指标、患侧下肢周径均优于对照组(P <0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率略高于对照组(P> 0.05)。结论:注射用七叶皂苷钠有利于胫骨平台骨折术后患者的功能恢复,可缓解肢体肿胀,且安全性较高。Objective:To observe the effect of sodium aescinate for injection on the prognosis of patients with tibial plateau fracture after surgery.Methods:60 patients with tibial plateau fractures who underwent surgery at the Sixth People's Hospital of Yixing from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into a control group and an experimental group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional medication,while the experimental group was given conventional medication plus sodium aescinate for injection.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the inflammatory indicators and the circumference of the affected lower extremities in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was slightly higher than that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sodium aescinate for injection is beneficial for the functional recovery of patients with tibial plateau fractures after surgery,can alleviate limb swelling,and has high safety.
