摘　　要：目的:探讨在改良Henry入路下行桡骨远端掌侧锁定钢板内固定术应用于不稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者治疗中的效果。方法:本研究纳入2021年6月至2023年8月江阴市中医骨伤医院收治的62例不稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者,将其随机分为对照组和试验组。为对照组患者在传统Henry入路下行桡骨远端掌侧锁定钢板内固定术。为试验组患者在改良Henry入路下行桡骨远端掌侧锁定钢板内固定术。比较两组患者临床效果。结果:试验组患者改良Mayo腕关节功能评分(MMWS)高于对照组患者(P <0.05)。治疗后试验组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分低于对照组患者(P <0.05)。治疗后试验组患者关节活动度和握力优于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论:在改良Henry入路下行桡骨远端掌侧锁定钢板内固定术应用于不稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者的治疗中具有显著优势,可改善其疼痛,促进其早期功能恢复。Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of modified Henry approach versus traditional Henry approach in volar locking plate internal fixation for unstable distal radius fractures.Methods:62 patients with unstable distal radius fractures admitted to Jiangyin Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedics Hospital from June 2021 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group was treated with the traditional Henry approach,while the experimental group was treated with the modified Henry approach.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The modified Mayo wrist score(MMWS)of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The joint mobility and grip strength of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the modified Henry approach for volar locking plate fixation of the distal radius in the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures has significant advantages,as it can improve pain and promote early functional recovery.
