利拉鲁肽联合常规降糖药治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨利拉鲁肽联合常规降糖药治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床疗效。方法:筛选90例在郑州市第二人民医院接受治疗的T2DM患者进行研究,时间范围为2021年1月至2024年6月。采用黑白球抽签法平均分为对照组与观察组。对照组应用二甲双胍治疗,观察组应用利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗。对比2组疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、血糖指标均优于对照组(P <0.05);2组不良反应发生率相比,差异不显著(P> 0.05)。结论:为T2DM患者应用利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗可获得良好效果,可明显提升患者的治疗总有效率,有效控制其血糖,且不会显著增加不良反应的发生。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of liraglutide combined with conventional hypoglycemic drugs in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:90 T2DM patients who received treatment at the Second People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2021 to June 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by drawing lots with black and white balls.The control group was treated with metformin,while the observation group was treated with liraglutide combined with metformin.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and blood glucose indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For T2DM patients,the combination of liraglutide and metformin can achieve good results,,which can significantly improve the treatment efficacy of patients,effectively control their blood sugar,and not significantly increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.
