温针灸联合循经点穴推拿在胫骨平台骨折术后关节僵硬治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨温针灸联合循经点穴推拿在胫骨平台骨折术后关节僵硬治疗中的应用效果。方法:研究对象为2021年3月—2024年3月莆田九十五医院收治的胫骨平台骨折术后关节僵硬患者,共纳入901例。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(450例)和观察组(451例)。对对照组进行循经点穴推拿治疗,对观察组进行循经点穴推拿联合温针灸治疗。两组患者均治疗14 d。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、关节活动度。结果:治疗14 d后,对照组治疗的总有效率(90.00%)较观察组(94.24%)更低(P <0.05)。治疗14 d后,两组关节屈伸弧度、伸直度、屈曲度较治疗前升高,且观察组较对照组更高(P <0.05)。结论:温针灸联合循经点穴推拿疗法能提高胫骨平台骨折术后关节僵硬患者关节活动度,获得良好的临床疗效。Objective:To study the effect of warm acupuncture combined with acupoint massage along meridians in the treatment of joint stiffness after tibial plateau fracture surgery.Methods:901 patients with joint stiffness after tibial plateau fracture surgery admitted to Putian 95 Hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected and divided into a control group(450 cases)and an observation group(451 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with acupoint massage along the meridians,while the observation group was treated with acupoint massage along the meridians combined with warm acupuncture.Both groups of patients were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy and joint mobility of two groups were compared after treatment.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group(90.00%)was lower than that of the observation group(94.24%)(P<0.05).The curvature,extension,and flexion of the joints in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture combined with acupoint massage along meridians can improve the joint mobility of patients with joint stiffness after tibial plateau fracture surgery,and obtain good clinical efficacy.
