摘 要:为了解花斑副沙鳅Parabotia fasciata与双斑副沙鳅P.bimaculata骨骼系统形态差异,采用软骨-硬骨双染色技术对2种副沙鳅属Parabotia鱼类骨骼进行染色,系统观察并比较其骨骼形态特征。结果显示,花斑副沙鳅脑颅中鼻骨较长,呈哑铃形,眼下刺分叉较浅;咽颅的前颌骨、上颌骨、齿骨、前腭骨、方骨、主鳃盖骨、基舌骨、角鳃骨、上鳃骨、咽鳃骨形态及咽齿数量与双斑副沙鳅有所差异;脊柱与肋骨数量较双斑副沙鳅多,但尾椎椎骨数占脊柱总数的比值较双斑副沙鳅小;附肢骨中的匙骨、上匙骨、尾下骨形态及尾下骨附着鳍条数目与双斑副沙鳅存在一定差异。本研究可作为2种副沙鳅属鱼类种间的鉴别分析,为进一步深入开展沙鳅科Botiidae鱼类骨骼系统研究和系统分类提供参考依据。In this study,the morphological difference of the skeletal system of Parabotia fasciata and P.bimaculata was investigated by double staining of cartilage and bone.The results showed that the nasal in cranial region of P.fasciata was longer and dumbbell-shaped,while the fork of suborbital spines were shallow.There were significant differences in the morphological features of premaxilla,maxilla,dentary,prepalatine,quadrate,opercle,basihyal,ceratobranchial,epibranchial,pharyngobranchial and the number of pharynegal tooth between P.fasciata and P.bimaculata.The numbers of vertebrae and pleural ribs of P.fasciata were more than those of P.bimaculata,while the ratio of the number of caudal vertebra to the total number of vertebrae was less than that of P.bimaculata.The morphological features of cleithrum,supracleithrum,hypural and the number of fins attacthed to the hypural in the accessory bones of P.fasciata were significantly different from those of P.bimaculata.This study suggests that the skeleton differences between the two Parabotia fishes can be used as a distinguishing characteristic for inter-specific identification,and also provides reference for further research and classification of Botiidae fishes skeletal system.
