一株乳酸乳球菌的分离筛选及其对小鼠结肠炎的作用分析

摘　　要：动物肠道炎症是一种常见的消化系统疾病,可发生在各种动物身上,包括家养动物和圈养野生动物,肠道菌群结构失调是引发肠炎的重要原因之一。本研究从野生中华蟾蜍Bufo gargarizans肠道中分离筛选得到一株乳酸乳球菌Lactococcus lactis,该菌株对动物胃肠环境适应性强,对葡聚糖硫酸钠诱导的小鼠结肠炎有较好的缓解作用,具备一定的开发利用前景。该菌株已经申请国家发明专利。Animal intestinal inflammation is a common digestive system disease that can occur in various animals,including domestic and captive wild animals.Dysbiosis of the gut microbiota is one of the important causes of enteritis.In this study,a strain of Lactococcus lactis was isolated from the gut of the wild Bufo gargarizans.This strain has a strong adaptability to the animal gastrointestinal environment,shows good alleviation effects on DSS-induced colitis in mice and has certain prospects for development and utilization.The strain has been applied for a national invention patent.
