国内外科技论文撤稿分析及其对我国防范和治理学术不端行为的启示

摘　　要：文章基于Retraction Watch Database数据,统计分析2000-2020年不同时期,17个主要国家、9个自然学科的科技论文撤稿量变化趋势及撤稿原因,并重点分析我国论文撤稿原因分布情况,并从科研单位、科研人员、出版单位、编辑、国家科研诚信监管体系和国家监管数据库方面提出了有针对性的防范和治理学术不端行为的建议,为提高我国在国际上的科研诚信水平提供一定参考。At present,the phenomenon of retraction of scientific and technological papers occurs frequently,which seriously affects the academic environment.Based on the data of Retraction Watch Database,this paper statistically analyzes the trends and causes of retractions of scientific and technological papers from 17 major countries and 9 natural sciences in different periods from 2000 to 2020,and focuses on the distribution of the causes of retractions in China.From the perspectives of scientific research institutions,researchers,publishers,editors,the national regulatory system of scientific research integrity and the national regulatory database,this paper puts forward some suggestions on preventing and managing academic misconduct,which will provide some reference for improving the international level of scientific research integrity in China.
