摘  要:光纤加速度计是国防安全、航空航天等领域常用的传感器,其中光强调制型光纤加速度计以其结构简单、易于实现的优势广泛应用于各类测量环境。以光强调制型光纤加速度计的专利申请为研究对象,确定了透射式、反射式和接触式这3种类型的技术分支。分析了这3种类型的强度调制型光纤加速度计的发展过程,重点分析了典型技术方案,旨在为行业人员了解相关技术提供参考。Fiber-optic accelerometer is a common sensor in the fields of national defense security,aerospace,etc.Light intensity modulated fiber optic accelerometer is widely used in various measurement environments because of its simple structure and easy realization.In this paper,the patent application of fiber-optic accelerometer with optical intensity modulation is taken as the research object,and three types of technical branches are determined,including transmission type,reflective type and contact type.The development process of these three types of light intensity modulated fiber-optic accelerometer is analyzed,and the typical technical schemes are emphatically analyzed,in order to provide reference for industry personnel to understand related technologies.
