摘 要:磁电复合材料由于其优异的磁场测量性能,在电流传感领域具有极大的应用潜力。本文对磁芯的开合形状进行优化,提出了一种齿形开合式闭环磁电电流传感器,由FeSiB/PZT-fiber/FeSiB磁电复合材料、硅钢磁芯以及永磁体组成。对比分析齿形开合和平面开合磁芯结构对电流传感器性能影响;实验结果表明,齿形开合结构的磁场汇聚能力更强,在被测电流为0~5.5A范围的工频(50Hz)电流时,是平面开合结构灵敏度的3倍;此外,齿形开合电流传感器始终表现出良好的线性度、较小的迟滞性和较强的稳定性。本文提出的齿形开合磁电电流传感器在工频小电流监测领域有广阔的发展前景。Magnetoelectric composites have great application potential in the field of current sensing due to their excellent magnetic field measurement performance.The opening and closing shape of the magnetic core is optimized,and a tooth-shaped opening and closing closed-loop magnetoelectric current sensor is proposed,which is composed of FeSiB/PZT-fiber/FeSiB magnetoelectric composite,silicon steel core and permanent magnet.Comparative analysis is conducted on the effects of tooth shaped and planar opening and closing magnetic core structures on the performance of current sensors.The experimental results show that the magnetic field convergence ability of the tooth shaped structure is stronger.When measuring the power frequency of 50 Hz in current range of 0~5.5 A,its sensitivity is 3 times that of the planar opening and closing structure;In addition,it shows good linearity,small hysteresis and strong stability.The proposed tooth-shaped opening and closing magnetoelectric current sensor has a broad prospect in the field of power frequency small current monitoring.
